what exactly does each do for your body?
Im 5'7 98 pounds and i know im underweight, and im trying to change that.

I recommend that you don't just focus on your legs and butt. Develop your whole body, using squats, pushups, pullups, twists, and 12 minutes of sprint every day. The squats will develop your thighs, calves, knees, and ankles. The pushups will develop your chest, shoulders, triceps and back. The pullups will develop your shoulders, chest and biceps. The twists will develop your waist and lower back. Sprinting for a minimum of 12 minutes after some warmup will build up your cardio - strengthen your lungs, circulatory system and heart. Read up about putting on weight. If you don't mind spending some money, see your family doctor. He will recommend taking some supplements that will build up your body. If you are below 16 years of age, participating in all kinds of sports and eating right will see you through, because you're still in your growing years. Above the age of 16, you need to see a specialist.
