A Shake Weight Review
The shake weight claims that it is a revolutionary way to shape and tone your arms, shoulders and chest. The company also says that you will only need to spend 6 minutes a day on the workouts, however the real question is does it work?
How Does it Work?
It is different to the normal weight because this one you just hold and shake. The dumbbell is 5.8 pounds that doesn’t use any motor or batteries, you just shake it. The product comes with a instruction DVD to make sure you know exactly what you are doing. We went through many Shake Weight reviews to see what other people who have used it were saying about it. Here are the list of pros and cons.
The Good Points
When looking at many Shake Weight reviews, the customers did notice a difference in the solidness of their arms. Please note that no one claimed that they were now ripped, however they did see a difference. People normally had to do the workouts for at least a couple of months to see the difference and a lot did see it in their arms especially. Another plus point was that because they are only short workouts it is quite hard to get bored. Its hard to get bored in only 6 minutes. So let us now take a look at the bad side.
Cons
Not every product is perfect and they were a couple of issues with this one one. One customer noted that after 2 months of using the Shake Weight the end of the weight had broke and hit his son in the chest. When they called the customer service that were just referred back to Amazon. The other thing you should note is that don't expect to get the results that you see on the commercials. They are quite exaggerated Many people found it difficult to use and a few had some pain in their joints. So to sum up. Generally it is a good product and people did see a difference , however do not expect the same results promised from the commercials.
Is There a Better Product?
