Reviewing Your Options for Keeping Healthy Hair During Winter Season
The weather acts an important role in the health and texture of your hair because irregular temperatures have the tendency of drying and damaging your hair; both extreme heat and extreme cold could equate to a comparable result and would need to be addressed in similar ways. During winter, your hair becomes less moisturized because of the cold weather outside, and the hot temperature of homes inside. The greatest method to avoid dryness on your hair is to take some preventive steps during winter and to act on it with a good diet and enough exercise.
Especially for men, you reach a certain age when hair loss can really be a burden and when you are already worried of the few hair you have on your head, ever single strand you lose on your hair brush or when you check the shower drain matters a lot. When putting on a hat, make sure that you feel comfortable with what you’re wearing and that you don’t feel that it’s too tight. A tight hat blocks circulation from your scalp and that’s not a good thing during any kind of season; poor circulation results to the undernourishment of your hair follicles.
During the cold season, it’s easy to forget you daily physical activity but this is actually the prescribed time to keep it up so that you can help your blood circulation get along better. Aerobics is not just advisable to loosen your limbs and strengthen your muscles; it’s also good in order for your hair to get nourished efficiently. You can also supplement your diet with Provillus and similar brands of food supplement to make sure that the blood that reaches your hair follicles are filled with the necessary vitamins and nutrients that are vital for hair growth. Provillus is a very effective product that stops DHT or dihydrotestosterone which interrupts the normal hair growth process.
Most people already know this but you shouldn’t go out of your house during winter with your hair still wet because it could freeze your hair and frozen hair is a lot easier to break than just wet hair. When your hair is wet it’s naturally softer and breaks easier than usual but when your hair is frozen, it becomes more vulnerable to breakage than when it is wet; take care to pat your hair dry to prevent hair fall and hair breakage. When drying your hair indoors, pat it gently with a thick towel to squeeze the water out gradually in place of rubbing it harshly with the towel; sometimes it’s better to take your time with things rather than do it the fast and easy way and yet reap unwanted effects afterwards.
Use conditioner on your hair whenever you shampoo it; ideally this process should be followed only three times a week; for the other days when you don’t shampoo your hair, you can also put leave on conditioners or use a dry shampoo which comes in powder form. You can also use leave on conditioner to aid in moisturizing you hair during cold climate as long as you don’t use it excessively; remember to shower it off with water at the end of the day so that the dirt doesn’t build up on your scalp after a while. If you want to make the moisture on your hair last longer, you can also run cold water through it after you apply a moisturizing conditioner; this locks the moisture in during cold weather so you won’t have to deal with dry, easily damaged hair.
Do you have an experience to use Pulse Heart Rate Counter Calories Monitor Watch Sport?
Do they work? Including made in China from eBay. I mean Heart Rate Counter. Thank you.
I bought a Timex Sport with a heart rate monitor/calories counter but found it to be so unreliable I ended up second guessing it with the two finger pulse method method every time (just like before I bought the watch). I won't even bother to talk about the calorie counter. I paid about $60 for it and ended up with an expensive stopwatch. Total waste of money for me (just my experience). I think I still have it in a drawer somewhere I'll sell ya for cheap...lol. The only heart rate monitor that *might* work even a little would be the ones that strap around your chest like your doctor uses for a stress test. Good luck
