Recommend me a good kicking shield?
I need a good, cheap kicking shield.
This ebay item is looking pretty good to me at the moment but I've never heard of Ninja brand before.

If all else fails, I was thinking of just getting a rope and tying it around tree. (To kick)
For cheap, I read a PDF on this one guy who took a sofa cushion and some duct tape and made a pretty cool muy thai kicking shield. I can email it to you, but its about 5 MBs.
