The New Fashion Trend: Velour Tracksuits
Trends come and go quickly in modern fashion but there are a select few trends that stay around long enough to become fashion staples. In the past half century the best example would be the denim jean. Our new closet staple item seems to be a velour tracksuit.
The velour tracksuit seems to be staying put in stores unlike other trends. For the past few years there have been variations on the velour tracksuit in every major high street shop. Two years on the fashion scene is an age in modern styling.
Velour tracksuits came to public view through celebrities at first. First it was Britney and her bridesmaids in embroidered baby pink velour tracksuits. Then footballer’s wives took on the trend during international competitions.
On the high street they have become popular with everyone. People like them so much because they are comfortable and stylish. But you need to make sure that the tracksuit you wear is made of good quality velour. When it is washed it should keep its shape. It is also important that the colour does not fade. If the material is less than the best the tracksuit will end up looking more chavvy than stylish.
Dark colours work best on tracksuits for adults as colours can look like you are trying to look younger than you are. Avoid any pinks, greens and light blues. Navy, dark grey, brown and black are flattering.
On the other hand, children look brilliant in bright colours. It is hard to find comfortable, practical and stylish clothes for young girls. With a velour tracksuit you combine all three. Children like wearing them because they are so easy to pull on and get off before and after swimming and other popular activities.
Loo at different retailers for the right velour tracksuit for you. You will find some are better quality than others are. Retailers which sell other velour clothing will be a good choice. The tracksuits should be reasonably priced, do not pay over £60 for a tracksuit otherwise you are paying for the trend and not the clothing. But if you spend too little you will end up with a tracksuit that disintegrates after one wash.

haters please dont answer coz i wont give you the best answer and it will be a complete waste of your time. 
right, navy tracksuit bottoms- you gould perhaps rip them abit and sew some skulls or whatever onto them?
blue shorts- cut them really short and add some black lace?
blue polo- you could maybe,um, draw some emo-ish things on them like say, skulls, blood, zombies etc.
knee high socks- rip em and add some bows to them at the top
white trainer sock- well you cant do much with them, die em black?
navy sports skirt- cut it shorter, fray the edges, iron on some random stuff
black trainers? or dunks i dunno.
