5 Fitness Help Tips Proven To Deliver Results

It is no secret that the best way of melting away unwanted fat is to incorporate consistent exercise with a calorie reduced diet. What you need to know is there is a best way to maximize this fat burning protocol. The informative article below will clearly answer this important question.

As a result of being a fitness trainer for the past 25 years I am eager to share some of my biggest workout tips ever in order to provide you the fitness help necessary for maximum fat loss, and exercise results.

There is a right way to do things, and wrong way of putting together your fitness training program. Pay close attention because the exercise fat loss tips I reveal below will be of great fitness advice to you.

Employ each of the tips revealed below to gain the confidence that you will be maximizing fat loss as well as the power to get fit quick.

Now allow these exercise principles to help you melt away your
unwanted body fat.

1. Add strength training into your exercise program.

What I mean by exercise program is strength training plus cardio. In order to lose body fat quickly you must incorporate both modalities of exercise.

The reason you must incorporate strength training is because it saves your fat melting, metabolically active lean tissue. That translates into burning more body fat at rest. Strength training not only jacks up your metabolism, but also re-shapes your entire body making it more aesthetically pleasing.
 
For great fitness help I highly recommend performing cardio training immediately after your strength training workouts.

In order to lose body fat quickly I recommend training with weights two non-consecutive days each week for approximately 30 minutes per bout. If done properly, with adequate progressive intensity, you will enjoy pleasant fat burning results.

Concentrate on performing  2 sets of 8-12 reps with a goal of progressing each fitness training session.

It is a fact that for every 1 pound of muscle you add to your physique you will residually elevate up your metabolism 6 calories per day. I know it doesn't sound like much, but muscle is 3 times more metabolically active than fat.  Alternatively, 1 pound of body fat only burns away 2 calories per day.

2. Do cardio training immediately after strength training, and power it with HIIT.

Fitness help is on its way, big time, with this powerful little exercise program tip! What you need to do for maximum fat loss is to do your cardiovascular training right after your strength training workout. I also suggest performing it in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) manner.

The benefits of HIIT include burning more calories, greater EPOC, or calorie burn after training, and less time invested in your exercise program. You will also see an improvement in your aerobic capacity as a result of training with HIIT cardio.

When I train with high intensity intervals in a cardiovascular fashion I generally only go for 10 minutes - 1 minute on, and a 1 minute recovery workload.

3. Perform mainly compound strength training movements.

In order to burn more calories, and activate a greater number of muscle fibers I suggest performing compound movements during your strength training workouts.  It will be of great fitness help to do multi-joint exercises. You know, the exercises where more than one muscle group is responsible for conducting the movement. Examples include such exercises as squats, leg presses, chest presses, pull-downs, deadlifts, shoulder presses, etc.

4. For consistency, and best results schedule your fitness program workouts on your calendar.

In order to keep motivated on your workout program I always recommend  writing down goals, and scheduling your training sessions directly on your calendar. This will keep you on task so you won't miss any valuable training sessions.

Another good motivation tool is to reward yourself for accomplishing mini-goals. Celebrate certain landmarks you set like losing 5, 10, and 15 pounds of fat. Enjoy your success, and reward yourself.

5. You are what you eat.

Yes, exercise needs to be powered with a calorie reduction nutrition program  for quick weight loss to be witnessed. However,  limiting what you consume in calories is the most effective way of melting body fat quickly.

My big fitness help advice is to be very consistent on reducing your caloric intake, day after day, by at least 250, preferably 500 calories.

Why? Because it takes a lot of exercise to burn off 250, or 500 calories. Whatever you burn off through exercise is a bonus; but they come off slowly. It is very easy eating the whole pizza, and consuming 1500 calories. How long will it take you to run that off? Hours!

The moral of the story is your caloric consumption is critical! Decrease it on a daily basis in order to lose body fat quickly.  The importance of this variable can not be stressed enough.

My 8 year old Recently Got her Period!! Need help!?

My daughter recently got her period. She is 8 and nobody in her grade has got it .She is really embarassed by it and always has to go to the bathroom. Half the people in her grade dont even know what a period is.

In class this year everybody could see red spots on her underwear when she was about to go swimming .The teacher took her away to the nurse. She was very upset and doesnt know how to deal with it.

I have been to the doctor about it. She has a problem with her blood flow.

She has even started wear mini trainer bras. Because she is maturing so fast. I am pregnant at the moment with twin girls and I dont know if they are going to be the same

How am I going to cope???????

The average age of menses is becoming to be earlier for girls than say 20 or 30 yrs ago. It's great she has been to the doctor to rule out any hormone inbalances or a reason for starting early.I am getting taht you like so many mums out there are super busy and have a lot of pressure. I would suggest that you go on to the Libra website ( sanitary pad and tampon company) and there is a link for a club for young girls called Libragirl. You can register your daughter for free and they will send her a package of differnt sanitary items plus a detailed booklet called girltalk( I think thats what its called). this booklet explains in layman terms what is going on to her body, some tips and
sorta makes this out to be a exciting, nothing to be ashamed of moment of your life. maybe you could also possibly speak to the school or school nurse about having a casual discussion on periods with the girls so your daughter does not feel alone. i think she and you will sail through this.
