I hate betting against the Yankees (that’s my team), but I think Boston is in a nice bounce back spot with Schilling on the mound. He’s 11-1 with a 3.08 ERA in his last 20 home starts, including 2-0 in six outings this season. On the other side we have Mussina who hasn’t won in nearly a month. It would be nice to see him get knocked around.

It does seem like New York’s offense is starting to come around, but let’s be realistic here, Boston is the better team, at least record wise. Until I see more consistency from the Yankees, I will bet the other side when I see value.

I also see a lot of value in Atlanta being a +136 dog. I’ll take that against a Cubs team that’s having plenty of problems in house.
