I like it. It really does look very good, and I agree with most people here that the eyes really do stand out and make the character more memorable.
Well just my opinion, you might need to do some work with the highlights for the black areas, as I think it could use a bit more to show the edges more clearly.
I think that if you added some pattern to the dress it could look better as it will make sure that the eyes are not the only main source that stands out. Grey is a bit blend so adding in a few details will make it stand out more. That is just my humble opinion though.
But a great work nonetheless! haha I wonder if Yachiru draws on Kenpachi's back when she's riding him as well?
